Andrew is based in San Francisco, CA and chairs the city's TechSF workforce investment group. He graduated from Harvard Law School and Harvard Business School with a JD and an MBA and completed an undergraduate BS degree at Howard University.

Jason has been with VMWare for 7 years, and has over 20 years of systems engineering experience which he uses to analyze solutions in the marketplace today. Jason has an MBA in technology management from the University of Phoenix and is a graduated of the Howard University School of Business. Jason currently serves as the Chair of the HUSB Information Systems department executive board. He has been a volunteer in the School of Business for over 10 years.

Gregory Taylor assists marketers with their digital marketing transformation projects across media operations, data strategy and analytics. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Howard University and a Masters degree in Entrepreneurial Management from the University of San Francisco. During his undergraduate days, Gregory recognized he value in giving students the opportunity to work on client projects, which led to him founding his own digital marketing firm, Taylor'd Brands. Arnita Curtis is a technology and product executive at Sprout Social, a social media management and intelligence tool for businesses of all sizes. Arnita graduated from M.I.T. with a Masters in engineering as well as an MBA. She received her Bachelors in computer engineering from Howard University. At Sprout Social, Arnita has partnered with the co-founders and executive team to scale the product team from Series-B to IPO to over $200M in annual recurring revenue. She is passionate about creating pathways for Black youth - particularly in STEM. Arnita currently lives in Chicago with her husband and two daughters.

Miles is an influential startup business leader, investor, career product manager, author, research advocate and entrepreneur with over 20 companies to his credit. He holds a degree in electrical engineering from the University of Miami and served as a visiting academic researcher at the University of Rochester with funding by the National Science Foundation. Throughout his career he led technology development as a software engineer and product manager creating frameworks for repeatable innovation within private equity managed companies. He now focuses on designing sustainable ecosystems that forge technology creation through new ventures, alternative funding models, corporate innovation engagement and applied R&D.
